Nothing has to be decided in the next ten minutes. Lay them on a towel or a blanket somewhere cool and quiet, away from direct heat or sunlight, and take whatever time you and your family need. Then ring us whenever you are ready — including in the middle of the night.

Days, not weeks — and usually just a few. We confirm the timing with you when we collect, and keep you posted. If you need them back the very next day we will do everything we can for a £40 charge, and if we cannot manage it you are not charged for it.

Yes. Loss does not keep office hours. Answering the telephone is never charged for, at any hour. If we happen to be with another family, leave a message and we ring straight back. The £25 is only if you need us to physically collect between 8pm and 8am, and we will always offer you first thing in the morning instead at no extra cost — your choice, told to you before we set off.

Because every companion is given a numbered stainless steel tag the moment we collect them. The tag stays with them through every stage and comes home in the box with their ashes, showing the same number you were given at your door. Ring us with that number at any time and we will tell you exactly where they are.

We confirm the complete price with you before anything is arranged, and never ask for card details by email or through this website. If anything changes the figure, we tell you before you agree, not after.
