Information we use

This may include your name, telephone, email, address, pet details, collection instructions and wishes for aftercare. Please do not send payment card details through enquiries.

Why and how we use it

We use enquiry details to respond to your request and take steps towards arrangements you ask us to make. We use agreed booking details to provide the service and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not add enquiry contacts to marketing lists.

Who receives information

Where needed for arrangements you request, relevant details are shared with the veterinary professional, cremation provider or collection team. We confirm those arrangements with you. Email is handled through Gmail. When online forms are enabled, FormSubmit processes the submission and forwards it by email. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp’s service.

Keeping and protecting information

We keep information for the enquiry, agreed service and applicable record-keeping needs. Access is limited to people who need it for those purposes. Contact us to ask about deletion or the records held about you.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, and raise questions about its use. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Website storage

These pages do not add advertising or analytics tracking. Hosting services may record technical access logs for security and operation. External WhatsApp and email services have their own privacy terms.
